TODAY IS MY RELAXED DAY, with few mimpi indah soooooo energetic guyss ! Because of today is my happy and cheerful day during sixteen days of quarantine, even though tak buat apa pun. Disebabkan mood baik dan dapat pulak sumber ilham untuk ber-blogger. Taksalah kot ❤
In this entry, I just want to share a few things that I do when I am so 'down' and still in the swing mood. I also trying self discovery, Self discovery is like our lifelong journey of exploration through our inner self, trying to discover who we are, our potential, our purpose in life, and what guiding us to take different paths along the ways. Situasi ini macam kita tengah reflect diri kita, kita explores personal interests as well as hopes and dream-dream to the moon eh tak dream for our future. Ye laa cara ni kita boleh belajar macam mana kita menetapkan matlamat kita dalam kehidupan dan sentiasa refresh impian kita. (Fikir balik, kau nak capai impian kau atau kau nak simpan?)
Lets do self reflection, what is self reflection ? The way to think about our actions, preferences, feeling, values, beliefs, emotions, and tendencies. Since we all different in the way we think, feel, act, learn, and also perceive the our world, this self reflection sendiri ada banyak faedah dan manfaatnyaa, but it is take the time reflect.
⇰ ALL THINK TAKE TIME, THOUGHT THE PROCESS A PERSON GAINS A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF 'SIAPA AKU?', 'APA YANG AKU NAK DALAM HIDUP?', 'SAMPAI BILA NAK MACAM NI?' and OTHER. (entahlah korang faham tak apa yang Izyan merapu ni, takpa laa sambung jer la merapu)
Disinilah masanya korang make the time to stop and really think about who you are. So quiet meditation and reflection will allow you untuk fokus. Time ni korang akan nampak the way you 'see' yourself. Explore diri sendiri, adakan masa bersendirian, dan jangan lupa mandi dulu ye.
Sambil-sambil tu dengarlah music kan! lagi ada feel nak self-reflection, tapi kalau bukak lagu broken. Nothing to said then bring it to the low confidence. So, janganlah buka lagu-lagu sedih, kang menangis tiada siapa hiraukan... hahahahaaa.. menangislah dekat bucu katil, tiada siapa kisah...🤣🤣

Eh tiber je! Back to the story, Izyan dulu pernah buat reflection essay (but its about 'how my creativity and memory will remind all thing : brain'). Serius Izyan ni daya ingatan kurang kuat, tapi ada creativity oke! HAHAHAHAA. And the memories bring back, memories bring back you... Serius dengan lagu dari Maroon5 ni pun dah agak dah yang kita akan kembalikan balik nostalgia lama, acewahh tiber. hahahahaa.. Ye laa dengan memory kita dapat flashback, or dejavu, blur, and other in one synonyms with memory or memories ni. Sama juga macam mana kita punya otak berfungsi more to short-term memory atau long-term memory..
EH SUDAHLAH KANG LAGI MERAPU! BUT ADALAH BEBERAPA SENTENCE YANG BOLEH DIPAKAI ☁☁☁
